47 days to go!

The wedding activity is starting to speed up! We've had several things going on lately. April 6th was our first shower. We received tons of great new things for our house. We've already put several of them to use!

Invitations went out early last week and we are already receiving RSVPs back. So far there will be at least 50 people there!

On Saturday we visited the bakery at Jerry's IGA in Champaign. We picked out the cake design and got to taste 4 different varieties. After all of that, Trever picked white cake with white icing! There will be a little bit of chocolate cake though.

Yesterday, Trever preached and we had some family out to our house for dinner. Since the weather was so icky, we spent the afternoon inside writing thank you notes, planning the song list, and figuring out what else we needed to be doing. I think everything is coming together just perfectly!

If anyone has pictures from the shower, I'd sure love to share them on the blog, and put them in my scrapbook!
